New Jersey Family Law and Divorce Lawyer

Prior to joining L&A, Samantha gained experience in family law as an attorney for a law firm in Northern New Jersey and previous to that, as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Nora J. Grimbergen, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex Vicinage, Family Part. During her clerkship, Samantha worked primarily on the matrimonial docket wherein she coordinated a voluminous motion calendar and successfully mediated multiple matrimonial matters.

During her time at Rutgers Law School-Newark, Samantha interned for the Honorable Nora J. Grimbergen, J.S.C. and the Honorable David B. Katz, P.J.F.P. in the Essex Vicinage Family Part. Additionally, Samantha was selected as a Marsha Wenk Public Interest Fellow and, as part of her fellowship, served as an intern for the American Civil Liberties Union of New Jersey. Ms. Garrison was a member of the Moot Court Board and was a Staff Editor of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy. Additionally, she was on the executive board of the Rutgers Family Law Society and executive board of the Public Interest Law Students Association.
